A few questions that I am often asked to provide you with a quick response. If your question is still not answered please send me a message.
What are your payment terms?
The payment schedule for projects is as follows: 50% deposit at time of booking. 50% before delivery The inital 50% deposit allows me to book your project into my diary. This will cover the cost of materials, paint, fixings & fittings and allows me to start work on your project. The remaining 50% is paid before delivery as by this time your project has been fully made to your requirements and only needs to be installed.
What is your lead time?
I am a one man band, so I can get booked up quite far in advance, so please take this into consideration when planning your project. I will always try to give an accurate time frame during my initial site visit, if its longer than 6 months I will also make you aware before organising a visit.
What areas do you cover?
I cover the whole of Gloucestershire and generally try to stay within 1 hour of my workshop in Edgeworth which stretches as far as Oxford, Bristol, Ross-on-wye and Worcester. However depending on the project I can travel further afield. So please message me.
Will you remove my old kitchen or wardrobe?
As a general rule, no. The area would need to be fully clear on installation day. However if this is an issue please let me know.
